Summary :
Staff is requesting Board of Education approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Douglas County School District and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office regarding the sharing of costs for providing Deputy Sheriff’s to the School District to act as School Resource Officers (SROs). The term for this contract is for the 2025-2026 SY with yearly renewals upon approval of both parties.
